BIOSUISSE ORGANIC Operations and goods from outside of Switzerland that are certified according to Bio Suisse Standards.

Bio Suisse specifies the requirements re the BIOSUISSE ORGANIC labelling. In principle, labelling operations or goods outside of Switzerland with the "Bud" or the designation "Bio Suisse" is forbidden.

Producer of the raw product Farmer who cultivates the raw product.
Exporter Last owner of the goods outside of Switzerland according to the accounts.
Supply Chain Value chain (flow of goods) - all participants in the supply chain from the producer of the raw material to the importer.
Transaction Into Switzerland imported batch of traded goods.
Analogue designation of the data record in the Supply Chain Monitor re this batch.
Documents of traceability Documents to show the value chain (the flow of goods).

(also TC).

For imports from the EU known until now as "Bio Suisse Attestation" (superseded by Supply Chain Monitor as of 1 March 2017).
