Most organic feedstuffs are produced on the farm, with minimal amounts bought in; over-fertilization is not a problem thanks to limits on livestock density.

NO CHEMICALS

No use of chemical-synthetic additives (spray agents, fertilizers and fodder additives).

NO GENETIC ENGINEERING OR EMBRYO TRANSFER

No genetic engineering on any level. No use of embryo transfer (ET)

NO TRICKS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE ANIMALS

No pharmaceutical additives or fattening hormones in feedstuffs. Compliance with free-range regulations.

Delivery of organically reared animals to processing companies by licensed traders only. Inspection covers the whole process from the stable to the table.
