Once the Coop retail chain saw the success of Bud-labelled products on its supermarket shelves, the next move was to put them on the menu in its in-store restaurants. The strategic decision was taken: customers should be able to find organic products at Coop wherever they looked. Meanwhile over 130 Coop Restaurants now offer organic choices or complete organic menus.
